hela Sverige This role is a general program controller role in operation development, working closely with all Operations Development functions as well as the Division Controllers in the relevant areas.
The primary tasks are to provide data support in the areas of Operations Development. Secondly, to support the development of data process in the areas those key initiatives.
To include:
• Support LITE program monthly report and any further group program in future run by Operations Development
• Understand key initiatives Business case and support the follow up of realized benefit through set up KPI matrix
• Act as the owner of selected global data related applications, ensure data quality
• Data analysis focus on Robotic, Battery & Electrification related areas (whole chain)
• Facilitate and further develop the key global data process
Education/Qualifications:
Master Degree in Industrial Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar role
Aptitudes/Attributes:
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Good at Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks
• Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
• "Roll up sleeves" attitude getting involved directly in the workload
Other Job Requirements:
• Willing to undertake further training to fulfill the requirements of the role
• Willing to work additional hours to meet the demands of the role
• May be required to travel on company business ad-hoc basis
