Junior Continuous Improvement Specialist - Stockholm, Sweden
Continuous improvement at Electrolux is one of our main strategic drivers for delivering outstanding consumer experiences. Electrolux launched Continuous Improvement through an internal framework called "onbeat" to accelerate overall business improvements and culture changes enabled by lean & agile practices throughout the business.

This is a pivotal position on a truly international, cross-functional playing field, with all the freedom and space you need to help realize your and our goals.
A typical day at work:
• Drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) agenda across IT BA Europe, which aims to accelerate process improvements and culture change through lean & agile approaches.
• Provide insights into the performance of the IT business area on CI initiatives and analyze gaps
• Work closely with stakeholders to innovate, promote and share CI best practices.
• Coach and support others in running and implementing CI initiatives.
• Run internal certification training and share success stories to build the capacity for continuous improvement in employees.
• Align with the central CI team/community and coordinate central support required for different BA EU IT initiatives.

The position requires:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Marketing and Communication or Technology Information is preferred.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant post-university experience.
• Strong project management and/or continuous improvement skills are a plus, as well as strong ability to handle multiple tasks/projects, priorities and deadlines
• Strong ability and willingness to lead presentations/workshops monthly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated to discover insights, trends and patterns through data analysis
• Likes to assimilate complex information into clear and effective presentations
• Detail-oriented yet flexible and can work in a fast lean environment

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
• A quick thinker with the ability to quickly absorb and process new information
• Ability to work independently and produce results
• Fluent in English.
What will you learn:
• Strong understanding of how projects and continuous improvement initiatives are done in cross-functional, international environments
• IT processes, standards and governance
• Comprehensive, active interaction with stakeholders at all levels across business functions
What you get out of the program
• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary of SEK 26,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 29,500 gross salary per month.
