Swedish Care International (SCI) is looking for a driven, self-motivated and open-minded individual who wants to elevate our brand name through the creative digital media process. You will help us build our user base on our online platforms www.dementiaforum.org, www.queensilvianursingaward.com, as well as our three mobile applications. We are constantly looking for new tools and suggestions to substantially grow our user base for these different products over time, and you will have a lot of creative freedom in how to get there.

BACKGROUND

This role as Junior Content Coordinator is to assist in the content and digital avenues SCI utilizes in communicating our value to stakeholders (NGOs, loved ones of those with a dementia diagnosis, governmental organizations, universities, corporations, etc.) You will be working closely with the eLearning and Queen Silvia Nursing Award teams and reporting to Venture Development. We are all driven by a common purpose: to engage stakeholders in SCI's products and services.

You'll be working with us to create content, maintain our social media channels, research the market, review competitors, and brainstorm new opportunities for engagement. Together with the team, we'll time important content release and fine tune our social media strategy in both written and visual formats.

You are a well-rounded operational team player who is eager to learn, see opportunities for growth and are excited to put your diverse skills to work and help us optimize SCI's content workflow!

TASKS

• Contribute and review content strategies across projects
• Maintain these channels with timely content and clear interface for an easy user experience
• Analyze competitor websites and their social media avenues and other activities
• Finetune SCI brand messages for new and prospective clients
• Maintain engaging presence on social media by reporting on industry trends
• Assist SCI team in optimizing descriptions for web/blogs
• Help us brainstorm new and exciting ways to reach out to new partners

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in English and Swedish. Additional languages are merited so please list your linguistic skills accordingly!
• PR or social media experience and/or previous experience with content creation (Kindly refer to previous examples in your CV)
• Adobe suite
• Social media savvy with good design aesthetics
• Marketing, communications or journalism background of great interest
• If you have photography, videography, HTML, application experience, etc... skills please list them accordingly
