We are looking for talented individuals to strengthen the team of consultants working in the Operations Practice in the areas of Lean Manufacturing or Lean Services. Our customers clients include leading companies worldwide from a wide range of industries. They offer their managements support and advice on strategic and operational questions relating to Lean Manufacturing or Lean Services.
Your role:
In this two-year program at our customers Production Systems Design Centers (PSDC) in Göteborg, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to help companies achieve excellence in their operations. You will work with companies from a wide variety of sectors, from assembly to service industries, and learn the principles of lean production and six sigma from leading international experts. At this stage, you will develop tailor-made solutions and work closely with client service teams to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. In addition to working directly with clients, you will share your insights with colleagues and contribute to developing and refining our knowledge. After completing the program, you will work in our customers Manufacturing or Service Operations Practice as a consultant with focus on implementing key changes in the field of operational excellence.
Your profile:
• You have an excellent university degree, with a technical or business specialization
• You have gained initial professional experience in operations, for example, in the introduction and implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts or Six Sigma
• You possess outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• You show great initiative and creativity, working well both on your own or in a team
• You are confident, enthusiastic, and mobile
• You are able to convince others through your written or spoken communication in Swedish, as well as in English
