hela Sverige We are now looking for a sales driven person who wants to work as a Junior Consultant within our Talent Management team in Stockholm
In this role you will initially coordinate different projects such as trainee program and our own Diversity Challenge program. Your responsibility will after that turn into a more Junior Consultant role where the focus will be working with different recruitment assignments.

The position is a permanent employment, full-time and reports to the Business Unit Manager for Talent Management.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with energy, drive, and a will to reach and go beyond your goals. You are a high achiever and probably newly graduated or with a couple of years of work experience. You have a University degree in business, economics, HR or equal and share our belief that there is a certain place to work at for everyone.
You are fearless with new challenges and a flexible work environment. You enjoy working independently and dynamically and you are inclined to make decisions in difficult situations.
You communicate without barriers in English & Swedish, both written and oral. We see knowledge about other cultures, educational systems and languages as a great plus since our candidates comes from all around the globe.
You are confident in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
