hela Sverige For our client we are looking for a Consultant Responsible to one of their central functions; Sourcing:

Work tasks
Administrate the whole consultant procurement process from start to finish: register job ads, scan CVs, interviews, create accounts, order equipment for new and in-place consultants
Introduce, follow up and terminate consultants
Interact with offshore vendors regarding resource fulfillment on operational level in accordance with the division Vendor Governance Model
Act as first line support for all consultant related questions from consultants or other stakeholders
Managing relations to Consultant Sourcing
Close cooperation with object owners so you'll get an understanding what the team are looking for
Spread information to relevant stakeholders
Secure that the customer IT-consultant procurement process is followed and improved when needed
Educate internal customers in the consultant procurement process
Monitoring contract milestones and dates for contract termination
Participate in different resource and sourcing meetings
Mandatory requirements:
o Great interest in meeting new people
o Administration comes natural for you
o Ability to understand and meet your stakeholders perspective, from operational to strategical level
o Excellent skills in Office and particularly Excel
o Skilled communicator both verbal and written, Swedish and English
o Ability to work independently and taking own initiatives as well as collaborating
o High integrity

Qualifying requirements:
o Knowledge in Sourcing related matters such as planning and recruitment
o Experience of working with vendors
o Experience of working with offshore, both vendors and consultants
o Experience from working in a IT-department, with a high level understanding of the roles and competences in an IT-delivery
