Job Description
• As a Junior Construction Manager at Unibail-Rodamco you will be part of extension/refurbishment projects of current Shopping Centre portfolio, and also developing new Shopping Centres. Your responsibilities includes management of construction work related to the refurbishment and restructuring projects of existing assets as well as brownfield project.
• The role includes working with cost analysis and balance design materials with cost planning at the conceptual stage. As a Junior Construction Manager you will structure and plan design-and construction works schedules.
• Apply technical skills in structural options, limitations of design, optimization of facilities and installation systems to improve the asset management.
• In the role you will engage with, and supervise, external advisors (Architects, Engineering teams, Construction Companies, Designers and other advisors). The progress in your projects and construction works will be reported regularly. You will also negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services. Selection and leadership of the project/construction team.
• You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team, including Operating Management, Leasing, Legal and Shopping Centre management departments.
