The Debt Collection Department's primary goal is to find customer targeted solutions for the collection of receivables. As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for a new Junior Collection Process Analyst to complement our driven team in Stockholm.

Our Debt Collection Process Team is responsible for all major processes within the Debt Collection Department. Our goal is to continuously analyse current processes, identify areas of improvement, as well as model and implement new collection processes in order to increase operational efficiency and optimize collection results.

As a Collection Process Analyst you will be both an analyst and a process developer, responsible for driving your own initiatives. Key elements of this role will be the analysis and improvement of existing collection processes and routines, exploration of new collection processes and their technical implementation.

We are looking for a committed, analytical and diligent person who enjoys working in an international environment and is able to fit in with the team. You feel comfortable in leading or being part of initiatives towards internal and external stakeholders. Since you will have responsibility, it is important that you are organized and quality assure your own work. Working in a challenging environment requires you to be able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and acquire new skills fast.

To be successful in this role you have an analytical and logical mindset combined with strong problem solving skills. You find it easy to understand operational business processes and are able to apply technical knowledge in order to automate procedures. You are able to communicate effectively and proactively both from a business and a technical point of view.

Qualifications

• Oral and written presentation skills in English

• Bachelor?s Degree in Business, IT or similar is a merit

• One programming/query language (e.g. Python, VBA, SQL) is required

• Experience in establishing operational improvements and new processes is a merit
