Now, through embedded lending, we're integrating our technology with global banks and fintechs, building the next generation of lending infrastructure. Join us in creating opportunities for small businesses to invest in their ideas to the best possible terms.
About the Role
As a Junior Collection Agent, you'll join Froda's Collections team and play an important role in ensuring timely repayments while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented dialogue with customers.

Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to improvements in processes and ways of working

Who You Are
You combine empathy with structure and are comfortable communicating with customers in different situations. You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset while maintaining professionalism and respect in customer dialogue.
You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, take responsibility for your work, and are eager to learn and develop in your role. At the same time, you feel comfortable handling challenging conversations and value collaborating with others to achieve the best outcomes for both customers and the team.
