hela Sverige Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your navigating and coordinating skills in the most human centric Fintech? Riverty is currently looking to strengthen the Center of Excellence (COE) team with a Junior Client Onboarding Manager within the function Operations. You will be the facilitator when we are implementing new clients in to our business!
What you will do, in short.
Accountability of merchant/partner onboarding process
Coordination of internal stakeholders (Sales, Risk Governance, Operational Finance, Customer Risk, Technical Implementation, Key Account Management, Product) throughout the onboarding of new merchants and partners
Challenge status quo of operational onboarding, redesign processes by overlooking the big picture
Prepare and steer knowledge and information transfer in the organization
Who we think you might be
A doer with strong urge to deliver on given assignments with a positive "can-do attitude". It would be beneficial if you already have great understanding of different systems such as Atlassian and Microsoft 365 products. Furthermore you are probably a skilled communicator with experience of networking with different stakeholders on different levels in a cross-functional organization in your current/previous position.
Your current/previous positions might be, jr process manager, jr project manager, project coordinator but hey if you have another background don't let our idea of your background stop you - we put a lot of effort in personality. Last but not least, if you have a great understanding already of our business that would be considered a good thing.
The team!
We are continuing to set up our functional unit Center of Excellence Operations and the team Client Onboarding, which you will be part of. In this department we ensure a state of the art client onboarding for several products of Riverty. You will work together with onboarding and technical implementation manager but also project and process managers, focusing on how we can streamline and automate our processes. The team as such is an international one where you will have colleagues in the Nordics and Germany. Even though the team is relatively new there are both senior professionals and more junior ones in the team. Given that the team is recently created there would be possibilities to impact the way of working.
