hela Sverige Rebtel is looking for a Junior Carrier Relations ManagerLooking for that rare combination: the spirit and excitement of a start-up with the stability of an already existing $100M business?Ready to work hard and celebrate success together with a truly diverse team of 100 digital and telecom experts representing more than 40 different nationalities?The RoleThe Junior Carrier Relations Manager is responsible for the procurement of Rebtel's voice termination, local numbers and Mobile Top-Up services. That means being part of the team that is responsible for a yearly procurement volume of $70M or 70% of the total cost base of the company. Today, we are looking to grow the team in order to create more value to our customers, both external and internal. The role is located in Stockholm and you will report to the Head of Procurement and Carrier Relations.Responsibilities:You will negotiate our voice termination and decide upon the quality and price mix for an assigned set of countries to ensure the smooth calling experience our customers deserve.You will be responsible for assisting in A-Z contract management in close collaboration with our Legal and Finance team.You will manage an international set of suppliers with only one goal: creating value through long-term relationships.As you are very opportunity driven and analytical, you will be constantly looking for cost-saving opportunities and aligning with our commercial managers to make sure we have the best pricing at all times.As we are entering very exciting times, you will be asked to assist different business units in their procurement activities in the area of Money Remittance and Banking.As you have an eye for improvement, you will detect business improvement opportunities and will lead this from ideation to implementation.Requirements:University degreeIdeally 1-3 years of voice trading experienceProcurement, negotiations or commodity sales experience are a plusGeneral understanding of the telecom marketWe are looking for:A highly energetic and competitive individual ready to grow with Rebtel.An extremely hard-working person who will take pride in fixing more bang for the buck and who thrives in a rapidly changing environment.A loveable person, who knows that healthy and sustainable business relationships are built upon trust and real value creation.
