Job Description
We are now looking for a Junior Buyer to join H&M SPORT.
As a Junior Buyer you will work together with your Buyer and be responsible for securing a clear, inviting, and exciting collection to the female sport customer. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing sales in each country. Involved in building the assortment and constantly looking for new ways to increase selling and profit. Driving sales is always our focus and that's why you need to be good at planning, checking lead times and constantly searching for new sales opportunities!
Qualifications
We are looking for a driven, hands-on and self-motivated person with a curious mindset and a genuine passion for sportswear and fashion. You are well-organized, love teamwork and have strong and clear communication skills. You enjoy taking initiative, are driven and flexible. You are motivated by participating to build the Women 's sports collection, adapting and finding new ways of working in a creative, highly entrepreneurial and diverse environment.
In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following
• Experience as a Junior Buyer, Omni Buyer or Junior Planner
• You who is passionate about the Womens customer and the Sports industry
• Strong salesmanship skills and business mind
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn the analysis into action
• Intrigued by a fast-paced environment
• A driven team player with strong capability to work independently
• Team player with a flexible mindset
Additional Information
About the recruitment process
This is a full-time Temporary position for 6 months, with a good chance to prolong, based in Stockholm H&M SPORT and reports to Jenni Norden.
