In addition, ScienceBacker AB creates digital content. We need a team member, a business development assistant, who can manage our business and marketing tasks to reach a wider audience and prospective customers and partners. We deliver services for clients/users in European and MENA regions.
This is an entry-level position where you will work closely with and support experienced business developers and technical people in international and inter-organizational projects.
Your main tasks are:
Contribute and support the team and partners through analysis, decision-making, reports, and follow-up
Coordinate and administer various tasks/projects
Help to Prepare presentations for prospective clients and partners
Responsible for developing and following up on activity lists
Assist in writing social media, marketing, and website content
Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics.
Monitoring social media accounts, relevant industry journals, and websites,
Contributing ideas for business development
Assisting in organizing presentations and events
Liaising with customers and partners
Maintain schedules for marketing / business initiatives.
Communicate with prospective clients and partners and provide marketing material to them.
Skills and qualifications:
We are looking for you who have a desire to develop and also contribute to the development of the business and marketing activities.
As a person, you are structured, analytical, committed, and results-oriented. You are communicative and enjoy collaborating and building networks. You have a holistic perspective and are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambition.
Furthermore, you have:
A university degree in business administration or marketing or an equivalent relevant field
Previous experience in development work, analysis, projects or a similar role is advantageous.
Has a university degree from a business or marketing-related university program
Documented experience of marketing or business development from student clubs and/ or activities during studies
Has a good understanding of MS Office, G-suit Google Workspace, basecamp, trello, discord, and slack
Soft skills:
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Has a genuine interest in technology and its impact to society
Self-driven and curious- who can work both as a team member and independent person.
Taking initiative and not afraid to come up with new ideas and perspectives
