ABOUT THE POSITION
Benify works in the HR area of compensation & benefits and we offer our clients a wide range of benefits; tax free benefits as well as benefits liable to tax funding through net salaries. The Benefit Solutions Team works with developing new benefits and maintaining the existing ones and right now we are looking for a Junior Business Developer to focus on our health and wellness benefits.
In this position your responsibility is to manage, administrate and develop the collaboration with Benify's suppliers of various sizes. Your main focus is business development and tactical advisory towards suppliers in private health care and wellness. You will also consult our larger customers on health strategies and projects, which requires great innovation and creativity.
Examples of daily work tasks are:
• Finding possibilities for further development of Benify's collaboration with health and wellness suppliers.
• Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Explaining and communicating benefits efficiently to all clients.
• Streamlining the procedure of order processing.
• Maintaining and administrating existing benefits.
• Maintaining and expanding benefit offering based on market research as well as client and user input.
• Continuously working towards set goals and contributing to Benify's corporate targets.
• Collaborating with the rest of the Benefit Solutions team and other functions within Benify such as Controlling, Support, IT, Account Management and Project Management, with the aim to satisfy customers and suppliers.
• Producing graphic material for the benefits.
The development opportunities in this position are as following: you start as a Junior Business Developer and then take on the role as a Business Developer and thereafter as a Senior Business Developer. Benify is expanding abroad in a high pace and to the right candidate, there might also be possibilities for an international career.
WHO ARE YOU?

• Have a university degree within a relevant area.
• Are business minded and have strong business development skills.
• Have a strong interest of health strategies.
• Have a systematic work approach.
• Have the ability to work independently and you are self-propelled when it comes to optimizing and developing existing processes.
• Are a good team-member with effective and constructive communication skills.
• Are trustworthy and stabile towards co-workers as well as suppliers.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As we are growing internationally, a third language is an advantage.
• Have excellent computer skills and experience of working in different systems.
We are looking for someone who is good at taking initiatives and to challenge already established processes in order to make our business more effective. This requires good analytical skills and an innovative and creative ability to come up with new solutions. You are also good at taking responsibility for your designated work tasks and you understand the importance of producing good results.
Last but not least you are excellent at establishing and maintaining a relationship with suppliers as well as clients.
