ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our great Finance team. The role is within our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and entails great responsibility and opportunities to develop from day one. You thrive on working in an environment of rapid growth and execution with tight deadlines.
As Junior Business Controller you will, for example;
• Assist with annual budget and 12 months rolling forecasting.
• Keeping sales forecast and contract database up to date.
• Conduct product and country profitability calculation and analysis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial and management reports.
• Develop and improve internal controls of the Company.
• Maintain and report on weekly KPIs.
• Support managers with financial analysis.
• Support CFO with financial review, variance analysis etc.

WHO ARE YOU?
You have 1-3 years of experience from working independently with controlling and you are used to explaining financial issues and concepts to non-financial audiences.
You shall also:
• Have a university degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Have very strong skills in Excel.
• Be fluent in English (written and oral). Fluency in Swedish is an advantage.
• Have great analytic skills.
Since we are growing rapidly internationally, former experience from international businesses is a big advantage for this position. Previous work as a Controller in a similar business such as Benify is also an advantage.
As a person you are a team player and a fun person to work with. Competencies such as accuracy and being structured is important due to high quality standards on your work. You also have strong communication skills and likes building relations and socialize with others.
