Job description
As a Junior Business Controller at Rocvolt, you will get to be part of a core strategic initiative and get exposure to many parts of the company and our business. Your overall mission is to support the Rocvolt Business Controller in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing valuable insights to support key decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business support, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis and contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
This is a temporary role with the end date in June 2024.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and a knowledge of financial principles, strategic planning, and performance analysis. Previous experience in providing business support, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis and a proficiency in financial reporting, financial systems, and tools (ERP, Excel, etc.) are considered a plus.
You are a strong communicator with a business mind, and a passion and commitment for doing things in the right way without risking loss of business. You are comfortable managing change and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent skills in English, both verbal and written are required. Swedish language is considered a plus.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply. Ocassional national travel might be required.
