hela Sverige We are searching for a Junior Business Controller at the Thule Group Head Quarters in Malmö. As our business is growing and getting more complex our support of business controlling is increasing. We believe we have an interesting position for someone just graduating with an academic degree and who wants to grow and develop in one of Sweden's most interesting stock listed company.
You will support the business with several analysis within sales and product management and play an active part in the sales budgeting and forecasting. Furthermore, you wil be working to improve our QlikView applications and other analyzing tools to understand the business better. You will be much involved in meetings with several functions and with the management of the Thule Group.
There is a strong interaction between Controlling and the business-driven functions such as Product Management and Sales but also Operations & Supply Chain. Therefore it is very important that the controller function have a keen interest in the commercial side of the business and a genuine understanding of how a business is interlinked and built up.
You have a master's in business administration or Industrial Engineering & Management. You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, have excellent English skills and are used to work towards tight deadlines. We believe that you are analytical, focused on details and proactive in your daily tasks. Furthermore, it is important that you have excellent communicative skills and have good interpersonal skills since you are interacting a lot with people both internally and externally.
