You will join an ambitious and execution oriented finance team and support central and local marketing and sales in their business operations on both country and product level. The role offers the right candidate the future possibility to grow and develop within the company. We are looking for an analytical and business oriented person who understands numbers and is capable of handling multiple stakeholders in all levels of the company. The right candidate has an accounting and/or business background with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Occasional traveling will be required. Applicants must have permission to work in Sweden.
Main responsibilities:
• Support the commercial business operations on country and product level
• Own and Execute the Order book process- end to end
• Responsible for reporting and supporting in closing activities
• Manage and maintain data and conditions in SAP
• Responsible for reporting statistics to external parties
• Execute profitability analysis of sales and margins
• Work within the function and cross-functionally on process improvements
• Optimize information flow and update reports
• Present findings to the sales force in a comprehensible way
• Provide necessary support and control within the international organization
• Assist in and perform ad hoc analyses and set up report automation
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience from working with a wide range of tasks at a finance department
• Wide business understanding and drive to grow
• An academic degree and minimum 2 years of experience from working, preferably in an international environment and/or a matrix organization
• Good Excel skills and not afraid to learn
• Previous skills in and experience from working in SAP is considered an asset.
• Excellent English skills are required whereas a fluency in a Nordic language considered a strong merit.
