http://group.electrolux.comDina arbetsuppgifterOBJECTIVE The Junior Business Analyst Product Line Laundry will provide proactive financial support to the PL Controller and Product Line Management Team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: . Timely data consolidation of financial reports . Preparation of dashboards, KPIs and business reports from different IT sources . Consolidation of actual and forecasted sales data with gaps analysis . Monitoring of expenses of the Product Line cost centres, preparation of budget, quarterly reviews . Preparation and drive of the complexity reduction reports and projects . Product Line controller role for a sub category of the Product Line Laundry . Proactive participation to monthly business calls with sales division . Working closely with the finance teams in the sector, sales, operations, R&D, pricing office . Ad hoc analysis and various projects requiring business analysis skills.
Utbildning och erfarenhetCOMPETENCIES NEEDED . Passion for numbers and analysis of data to make business conclusions and recommendations . Financial accounting, business analysis . Proficient with Excel. Knowledge of SAP and Access is an advantage . Capable to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines . Curious and eager to learn and explore . Well organized and a strong eye for the detail . Customer oriented, good communication and problem solving attitude . Capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines and multi-tasking . Team player in an international working environment . Potential to progress in time to Senior Analyst roles, PL Controller, finance jobs in other functions MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS . Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management . 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in an operational unit (sales division or factory) REQUIRED LANGUAGES . English . Other European languages is a plus
