About The Job
Finance transformation is a new global organization with many opportunities. With Alfa Laval growing at a fast pace, we see a need to modernize, harmonize and automate how we work with financial data consolidation and analysis.
As Junior Business analyst you will work with financial data through our new data-platform-hub and support the Finance transformation team by working together on data strategy and data governance.

What You'll Do
You are in the beginning of your career, either right at the end of finishing your bachelor's thesis and will graduate soon or with 1-2 years of work experience from relevant field. You have an interest in Finance and business analytics in general and an interest within different Finance IT systems/software/digitalization etc.
In your role you will work with the following tasks among others:
Analytics, and data preparations, for your team as well as for stakeholders from other departments. Both recurring and on ad hoc
Be responsible for and maintaining/supporting global Finance reports.
Supporting on processes relating to digital tools and data quality
Analytics support on internal projects for various departments. Including topics such as: Improvement of current processes as well as developing new ones, various strategic support, digitalization efforts etc.
Interact with colleagues and stakeholders and can communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Further you are a team player, service-minded and self-motivated.
This is who you are:
Academic degree in Finance or Economics
Complementing courses in programming, statistics, data modelling or similar is an advantage.
Big interest in data and PowerBI.
Computer skills: MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and great desire to constantly develop and learn new software.
Excellent English skills both oral and written.
