We are searching for a future marketing leader to join the Arla Sweden Marketing team in Stockholm for a temporary contract.

As an Junior Brand Manager in the cooking team, working with the brand Arla Köket, you will be responsible for developing and driving the brand and the business, building the pipeline and creating communication for our core target group. Together with your colleagues in the marketing team you will own and develop these brand positions, to deliver on our ambitious growth targets.
How you will make an impact
Key responsibilities:
Lead and implement marketing plans for Arla Köket
Support the strategic direction based on consumer & category insights and develop plans to grow the business
Drive profitability and net revenue growth of the portfolio
Drive NPD & other brand related projects
Work on yearly communication plan & content, from insights to execution, ensuring both long- & short-term business growth behind right balanced emotional/tactical communication plan
Work with yearly media plan development & budget, including to secure efficient use of budget to deliver strong ROI across touchpoints
Collaborate with agencies to execute strategy and plans
Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams across Arla Foods - e.g. work close with the sales & customer marketing function, and also the category team, to identify the category growth potentials and with e.g. NPD and Supply chain to bring solutions to unlock that potential
What will make you successful
A strong academic track record with a completed university degree, likely in marketing
Relevant work experience is a plus
As a person, you have strong personal leadership skills and a growth mindset - willing to develop and challenge the status quo. You are also very driven and used to take your own initiatives
Your collaboration skills are strong and you have excellent influencing skills
Diligent project management will be crucial to effectively drive the brand positions forward
Very interest in food is a plus
The corporate language is English, strong Swedish skills is a plus
