hela Sverige This is an opportunity for you to join our local Marketing team with the ownership of our amazing brands. As part of our team you will develop a broad range of business skills as you lead your brands in both strategy and implementation.
We have high expectations and offer a fast-paced environment where you will develop and grow.
It is important that you have fully developed communication skills. But most important is an analytical, result/business oriented and energetic personality. We are looking for someone with a great internal drive who takes ownership for tasks and can set their own goals. A Master's degree in Marketing is preferred, and experience from FMCG is a plus.
Skills that you will learn, apply and master:
• Develop and drive long term brand vision driving growth
• Secure and implement long & short term market plans
• Understand consumers, shoppers and marketing dynamics
• Utilize your understanding of key shopper/consumer insights in the planning and activation
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to ensure that your plans are always competitive
• Plan and implement media, PR campaigns & instore activities to engage our shoppers and consumers
Qualifications:
• Relevant academic degree
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing
• Preferably experience from an international company
• A strong drive and passion for winning!
