You own the project you work on, withboth the responsibility and the freedom in how to solve it. We work frequently in pairs; but not always. That part is largely up to you! This is an excellent opportunity if you wish to develop your skills and start your career within the gaming industry.
What impact will you have?By making our web site and launcher even better for our players you'll play a huge role in the overall success of our game!
What does a typical day look like as a Back End Developer at Star Stable?- Exploring new technologies, maintaining and make changes to live applications as well as working on features and the launcher
• Working (sometimes in pairs) with the whole life cycle of a task, e.g. understanding the problem, evaluate possible solutions, design according to target architecture, implement by coding and deployment of solution
• A lot of interaction with everyone in the organization
• Growth in your position as allDevs rotate between tasks to learn and evolve in their role
• Lots of laughs together with a great team of diverse people. We often have lunch together and a fair amount of fika, too!
We are looking for someone who:- Have about 2 years of experience working with programming (eg Python,Ruby, JavaScript)
• Recently graduated from system development/IT
