This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for recruitment. In this role, you initially get a job with Bravura, and it is stated that the company intends to offer you a job with them in the long run. The company plans and designs the sustainable communities and cities of the future. They do this by offering qualified services in the fields of consulting engineering, environmental technology and architecture. They carry out tens of thousands of projects in some 70 countries worldwide to ensure clean water, efficient infrastructure and sustainable energy solutions.
Tasks and responsibilities:
In the position as Application Support Specialist, you work with second line support thru the service system ServiceNow against approximately 15 000 users in a global organization. They tickets varies in complexity and it's your main focus to solve and provide service to internal users. An example of a ticket is that you handle a function in the system that doesn't work, which also demands a more advanced troubleshooting. You will also support the users in other application systems. Finally, you handle documentation, update manuals and test new releases.
You work in a team of seven people and work together to ensure a good service towards the organization's users.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• We think you have one of the two following backgrounds;
• Experience working with application support
• Completed university studies within IT
• Huge interest in IT
• Fluent in English, Swedish is seen only as an advantage
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
In the position as an Application Support Specialist, you have a lot of contact with internal users at the organization, why it is important that you are comfortable with taking responsibility for dialogues. As a person, you are helpful and can stand up to support others, no matter if it includes in your duties or not. You care about the organization and can set your own agenda aside to contribute to the success of the organization. Furthermore, you are motivated by taking on- and solving problems and give first class service to end users. Finally, you are a person who is comfortable with taking responsibility and has a good structure in your work.
