We are looking for a part-time (50%) Junior Application Specialist for our growing Customer Success department, where we deliver service through chat, e-mail and phone. Our customers and partners can get fast and flexible help directly through our help centers. As a Junior Application Specialist, you will analyze, improve and optimize our platform to ensure that our user experience is fast, smooth, and desirable.

YOU WILL (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY)
• Develop the help center by improving and optimizing the user experience for our customers and partners through YAML programming.
• Review content, spellings and wording on our platform using HTML.
AMONG OTHER THINGS
• Analyze and report quality, user experience and user patterns.
• Collaborate with our various departments and teams to complete projects, implementations and identify areas for improvement.

Analytical - Are you fast on finding areas of improvements in reports? In that case, we will probably become good friends!
QUALIFICATIONS
• It's an advantage if you are pursuing a university degree within a technical field and have interest in UX or technology.
• if you have knowledge in YAML or any other programming language it's meritorious.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
The employment is part-time (50%) and starting as soon as possible. We review the applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before we have had time to review all applications.
