We are looking for a junior developer with a passion for coding and technology to join our android team at amuse. We are looking for someone highly driven, good at solving problems, and with a keen interest in keeping up with the latest technologies. As a person, you always keep an open mind and actively seek to learn new things. In this role, you will be supported by a senior team where you will be able to learn and further develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
Android application development, taking care of daily operations affecting artists throughout the world.
Working together with our product team to create new features.
Qualities and skills you possess:
Previous experience with mobile coding (hobby or otherwise).
Previous experience with Kotlin, Kotlin coroutines is a plus.
Experienced in REST and an understanding of HTTP requests.
Version control with Git (Having personal pet projects hosted on GitHub that you can show is a plus).
Previous work with any form of project management methodology.
A bonus if you also have some knowledge of:
Jetpack Compose.
Code GUI and design patterns.
Reactive and functional programming.
Object-oriented programming.
Practical information:
Team: Technology.
Reports to: Lead Android Engineer.
Location: Stockholm.
