Description
The client is looking for a Junior Agile coach who can support, operate and maintain a group of platforms. You will also handle life cycle management and ensuring platform functionality and stability.
You have English & Swedish language skills.
Work tasks:
• Be accountable for operational supplier management, e.g. responsibility for operational delivery and handling system failures.
• Establish and maintain SLA.
• Establish internal and external agreements as required to fulfil SLA for the platform. Manage platform budget forecasts and drive improvements in cost efficiency.
• Help in applying best practice in service operations, continually driving to improve service and performance.
