For our client we are looking for a administrator

Job description:
We are looking for a junior administrator to help our customer in monitoring their incoming emails in operative mailboxes for their department based in Sweden as well as abroad. The overall instruction is:
• Prioritize incoming email by estimated time of arrival (ETA) and/or other relevant info
• Mark the ones most urgent and notify Operations
• Keep boxes clean and tidy
• Sort away and store the emails already handled
• Mark, if needed, each email with appointed person for the specific

Required skills:
• Good general computer skills
• Right mindset, willingness to contribute
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
