Join our finance team in this entry level role, and with your good numbers aptitude, work closely with our Product Management and Platform teams to assist us with the bookkeeping of inventory! This is a temporary 3 months position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Maintain communication with vendors and process accounts payable
• Reconcile invoices related to inventory and other OPEX
• Handle bank account reconciliations and journal entries
• Collaborate with the Boozt Fulfilment Center and brand partners to manage in delivery invoices
• Provide assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual closings
YOUR PROFILE
• Recent diploma/degree in finance, accounting and/or administration
• Maximum of 1 year of relevant bookkeeping experience
• Structured, detail oriented and a team player
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and knowledge of an ERP system is a plus
• Fluent in English since this is our corporate language
