Hyper Island is looking for a Junior accountant / Junior redovisningsekonom to join the team in Stockholm. This is a macro- and micro position that offers the chance to be a part of the Europe finance team that strives to improve and develop financial policies and procedures as well handling the daily duties of regular bookkeeping.

Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for Accounts Payable
• Responsible for processing Expenses
• Produce and monitor Accounts Receivable invoices
• Monitor and manage bank accounts, credit card statements and accruals
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other balance sheet accounts
• Support in bi-weekly cash flow statements/predictions
• Update finance manuals and procedures on an annual basis
• Assist in producing annual reports
• Other duties as needed within the team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or vocational accounting education
• Bookkeeping/accounting experience preferable
• Knowledge and experience in Swedish GAAP are preferable
• Knowledge and experience of Visma.net, OneStopReporting, and Hubspot preferable
• High level of proficiency in Excel is preferable
• Solid knowledge of English and Swedish
• Ability to tackle emerging challenges with a collaborative, creative, and strategic approach
• Team player capable of working collaboratively in a small team as well as independently
Terms
Full time, starting as soon as possible.
Hybrid remote, but based from the Stockholm office a few days a week.
