We are looking for a sales minded individual to begin working in our operations. This will be an entry level position, so they can learn about our product, operations and how we distribute to our customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Helping with the daily sales process of Account Managers
• Inputting of customer orders and quotes
• Managing and driving a culture of excellence in customer service and high process-quality
• Day-to-day warehouse activities in the branch operations (in-and-out bound, cycle counts, forecast, maintain optimal stock levels)
• Physically servicing a Vendor Managed Inventory program at our local customers
• Interacting with new suppliers and customers both inside and outside of Sweden
We require:
• Experience in customer service and/or administration
• Strong leadership qualities
• Service-oriented mindset
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Ability to lift packages up to 20 kg
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driving license
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong self-confidence and willingness to take on challenges every day
