Job description
You will deliver design integration and technical support services for customer networks. You will also provide marketing and sales support services, and identify business leads that could lead to future service deliveries.
Your job will include conducting impact studies on new releases of services, and participate in service development projects to improve service delivery guidelines and tools.
The positions are full-time. Ericsson's customers are located globally so much of your work will be conducted at customer sites around the world.
Profile
You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor or Master of Science. We expect you to work both independently and in project teams, and to take personal responsibility for work methods and the completion of tasks. We are looking for candidates who are
goal oriented and service minded with a natural approach to client contacts.
