NASDAQ OMX provides service to our customer all over the world, from highly technical issues to professional support about our trading systems. The Trading Operations team provides phone and email support for members trading a wide array of financial instruments such as Fixed Income, Commodities, Cash Equities and Equity Derivatives. The team also performs trading related testing of our systems and is involved in projects to launch new products and markets. We are looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to further strengthen our team in Stockholm.
By providing our members with the best possible service you will help them with queries related to trading. You will do order management, administer trade halts and derivatives deal reporting. You will also be involved in testing of our different markets and systems, like release testing of INET and Genium INET related to trading and other ad hoc trading tests.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a Master degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Economics. You have up to two years of work experience, preferably from bank, back office, middle office or high level customer support. If you have knowledge of derivatives, fixed income or equity trading, or experience from testing it is all meriting. You are fluent in English in speak and writing. Swedish is not required but useful.
To suit this position you have strong business interest and a willingness to learn more about the financial markets. You are a strong communicator, service minded and likes to work as a part of a team in a high paced and dynamic environment. That you are analytical and systematic in your work is a given.
