Climate Impact Office owes the climate impact at PostNord and the program Green by PostNord consist of highly competent people within different areas of functional expertise in a Centre of Excellense structure i.e. electromobility, bio drive, rail & air, net zero facilities, solicy & subsidies and so on. We work with the business functions and countries on the most important strategic areas to create standards for technologies and the way of operating, procurement, partnerships, pilots etc. In this role the focus is program management office and electromobility/bio drive, which represents a significant share of the total emissions and technology challenges.
Job duties
In the role of PMO & Technology Lead, you will be responsible for facilitation of one or two COEs (centre of excellences), participate in creating standards, working with workpackages, milestones and deliverables.
You will work with, among other things:
* Assist Program Management Office which consist of total 4 people
* Centre of Excellence facilitation, where we have over 40 people participating in approx 10 different COE
* Assist in Co-creating standards
We are looking for you who have
* Experience of similar qualified work in the logistics or manufacturing industry
* Relevant academic education
* Documented competence in working with relevant field
You have excellent analytical skills and a firm understanding of technology. A motivator for you is to work with strategical as well as tactical issues on the boundaries between technology and business. As a person you are a structured and communicative, driven by challenges and complex deliveries. You are not afraid of taking the lead, but at the same time you are a very good team player. Applicants need to have very good skills in English, and to be fluent in a nordic language both in speech and in writing are of advantage.
