Job Description

This is a brand new role at &Other Stories which give you the opportunity to create and formalize it together with us. You report to the Global Head of E-commerce and the team consists of approximately ten skilled experts. Being a part of our team provides great opportunities for you to develop your skills, set up new ways of working and make an impact.
As a CRO Specialist you are responsible for producing insights that improve conversion potential across &Other Stories websites. You plan, execute and analyze tests and support the E-commerce team to prioritize website developments that improve customer experience and increased conversion.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, documentation and presentation of A/B tests in order to optimize the conversion and increase the usability on site.
Collaborate closely with digital designers, UX developers and E-commerce team to ensure idea-test phase and development.
Collect business demands and translate business goals into A/B tests and measurable KPI 's.
Contribute with best practice advice, insights & training to guide global and local teams in taking conversion driven actions.
Transform business questions into analysis that yields actionable insights.

Qualifications

We are looking for a result-driven team player with a passion for E-commerce. You are always eager to learn and driven by curiosity to understand and implement new features. We also believe you are structured, analytical, flexible and have a solution-oriented mindset.
We would love to meet someone who has:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience in Google Analytics, Excel, Hotjar, Content Square, Optimizely, HTML etc
Experience in A/B testing
Good understanding of web development and an analytical profile
UX front end experience is an advantage
Experience within the fashion industry is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
