The role
As a Jr In Store Marketing Manager you will be responsible for maintenance, updates and new communication roll-outs for LG Electronics in-stores fixtures across the Nordic region. You will prepare briefs to subcontracted design and manufacturing vendors and work closely together with different vendors in different projects taking briefs from LGE based on meetings with retailers or site visit of stores.
Responsibilities
• Store management for one off project work
• Regular reporting to MD and stakeholders on day to day account management
• Consult on vendor choice based on value, timings and design
• Consult on installation guidelines and enablement with LGE and retailers
• Manage and arrange prototype sign off procedure
• Site visit and appraisal of all vendors
• Negotiation of costs overall and per project by agency bidding
• Manage continual vendor evaluation in value and service
• Attend installation training on larger roll outs (e.g. refresh)
We believe you
• Are strong project coordination/management skills.
• Are proactive with a natural drive and a feeling for ownership.
• Have a structured personality.
• Are good written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English (Dutch or French is a plus)
• Have strong PC skills (spreadsheets)
Experience
• Relevant work experience in a similar project-based role.
• Working in a matrix organization and/or international company.
• Ordering processes and logistics processes.
• Experience from a trade marketing role is a plus.
