About the role

As a Junior Demand Planner you will be in charge of Sales & Demand Planning activities for the LSO. Providing a high level of analytical expertise to the business to improve PSI process and accuracy, as well as supporting with analysis on prize setting or marketing and sales KPI's.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Support the monthly PSI process with support and in coordination with other relevant departments - including information by product and channel, as well as shipment and stock information - to create the reporting in preparation for the Marketing Manager and/or Country Manager.

• Collect, verify, and analyse monthly rolling forecast and inventory information from the costumers, monitor/control the delivery/shipment of the goods to and from the warehouse, analyse the stock both at Panasonic and the customers warehouse.

• In order to reflect and reinforce the sales and PSI plan, regularly analyse and summarize market and sales status (demand, by channel, by product, by area, by REP etc.).

• Prepare and distribute sales and KPI reports to the NSCs and Management in a timely manner.

• Prepare second-hand and stagnant stock controlling reports

• Responsibility as the window-person for Salesforce administration

• Identify and propose possible SAP process improvements. Support in coordination with other parties to implement the improvements.

Qalification & Experience

• Desired relevant University Degree or equivalent education and experience

• 2-3 years of experience in the data analysis and reporting

• Strong command of the English language

• Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques

• Understanding and applying principles of effective project management

• Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision

• Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail, innovative, driven and flexible

• Knowledge in SAP is strongly meritorious

• Very strong knowledge in Excel
