ABOUT THE COMPANY
The Volvo Group SOC is defending Volvo Group from cyberattacks and they are now hiring to support in their continued digital journey. Working in the SOC means that you will take on activities such as threat hunting in our SIEM and related systems, incident response or data science to mention a few. It also means managing cybersecurity incidents, enhancing our monitoring, detection and response capabilities. As a part of this team, you will be able to work within different areas where your competence or desire to develop best fits. The key to our success is daring to challenge our current ways of working and having fun while doing it. They are a great team with high ambitions to increase the SOC capability in the coming years with new tools and services which means great opportunities for you to learn and to develop in their team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Volvo Group SOC defends the organization from cyber-attacks. Work in the SOC can include:
• Monitoring of SOC alerts,
• responding to potential threats and managing cyber security incidents,
• conducting threat hunting,
• engaging in SIEM log analysis,
• identifying visibility and detection gaps,
• validation and development of SOC monitoring rules,
• conducting digital forensic investigations,
• developing incident response processes and playbooks,
• proactively finding ways to reduce risk of a successful breach,
• documenting work and reporting on incidents,
• and more...
Qualifying
• Degree in computer technology etc
• Fluent in English
Meriting
• Relevant work experience
• Fluent in Swedish

TALENT PROGRAM
The Talent Program with Volvo Group Digital & IT aims to give you, a recent graduate, a good start in your career. The program will last for one year, where you will have the opportunity to combine exciting projects with education so that you can grow as a person and develop your technical skills. You will attend the program together with people from other locations and thus be able to build a network internally. The program is therefore designed to give you both skill development and a community with others who are in the same phase.
You will be given the opportunity to develop both your hard skills (e.g., technical knowledge) and soft skills (e.g., self-leadership). The program will also include joint activities and digital coffee breaks with the other participants as well as an opportunity to exchange experiences with more senior colleagues within the company.
