The Solution Architect will be involved in all phases of the implementation project, from analysis of client's needs to implementation on the PLM, ALM and IoT solutions. You will be dealing with large, high profile clients in the automotive and manufacturing industry and will be required to configure and customize solutions to the client's complex needs. You will lead and supervise the team during all phases of the implementation project. A creative thinker is needed who can constantly come up with new ideas for customizing PTC's PLM products to the client's solutions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Technically lead implementation teams in analysing requirements and contribute to the design of PTC Solutions -Windchill/PDMlink- intended to address complex client requirements. This lead position is focused primarily on the technical aspects of an implementation, but provides input to the shaping of technical strategies within the client environment.
• Supervise and participate as appropriate in all phases of implementation projects including installing and configuring PTC software, customization, GUI, development, testing, debugging, data migration...
• Review teamwork products and ensure that quality software engineering processes and methodologies are followed.
• Participates in business development by sourcing opportunities for potential engagements.
YOUR PROFILE:
• Masters or University Degree in IT and experience in software implementation
• 5+ years of experience in the implementation of PLM or ALM solutions with demonstrated capabilities in performing the Solution Architect role on multiple projects and across multiple clients
• Technical/customisation skills, e.g. Web technologies, Java, HTML
• Able to develop and maintain relationships at all levels with clients and cross-functional colleagues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Significant travel possible depending on project.
• Fluent English and in Swedish
