We are now looking for a Corporate Controller to join the team.

Work description

• Support business plan and forecast process, as preparation of turnover proposals, forecast sales costs
• Support and coordination sales cost planning and preparation of business plan folders
• Support of monthly reporting process including preparation of management KPI
• Analysis of monthly result, major deviations and topics
• Preparation of presentation and communication of topics and analysis towards regional controlling
• Planning of headcount and workface capacity
• Forecasting of personnel during regular forecast processes
• Monthly reporting of personnel in corporate systems
• Analysis of deviation vs. plan and previous year

Who are you?

The Corporate Controller should have a university degree in economics or business administration. You have at least 3 year's experience in a similar position and preferably in an international environment. In the role you will need good skills in SAP and Microsoft office like Excel. You are used to analysing large amounts of data and have considerable knowledge of management information systems and Business Datawarehouse. As BSH Home Appliances AB is an international company, fluent English and Swedish, both written and spoken, are required. Our preferred candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You are accurate, persuasive and analytical problem solver and a team-player with great communication skills.
