At Webhelp, we are always looking for the best advisors to help our customers and right now we are expanding our department for Nordic Philips Hue/Signify. We are looking for a Swedish-speaking advisor who is ready to take on the challenge of developing with us. If you are service-minded, technically interested, unpretentious, and always share new ideas, you are what we are looking for!
You will handle contacts from both corporate and private customers, so we would like to see that you are a great communicator working independently, but also enjoy collaborating with your colleagues. After two weeks of paid training, you will have the tools to tackle the various issues we handle surrounding the client's products. We work with a broad portfolio of products and services, which means that we continuously provide internal education to be able to assist our customers in a first-class way! To succeed in the job, you need to be fluent in Swedish and English, and it will be an advantage if you also speak other Scandinavian languages. Merit is if you have previously worked with service, and be a fearless communicator who embraces challenges and wants to grow with us.
About the job:
• The opening hours are Monday - Friday from 09.00-18.00. We are closed on weekends.
• The position is full-time employment with a 37-hour working week.
