Your Role: As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and ensuring the quality processes at Sensodetect. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving QA processes to enhance the effectiveness of our digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Quality Control: Implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain quality standards.
•
Documentation: Review and align the Quality Management System (QMS) with European (MDR) and international (NMPA, FDA, SFDA) standards. Plan and complete documentation for our cloud software.
•
Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and development teams to understand product requirements and resolve issues.
•
Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to existing processes to enhance product quality.
•
Upgrade: Digitalize the current QMS.
•
Risk Analysis: Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
•
Feedback: Provide feedback to the CEO and the development team for continuous improvement.
Your Profile: We are looking for a flexible and results-driven problem solver with strong communication skills. Key requirements include relevant education or equivalent experience, experience in quality assurance within the medical technology field, knowledge of industry standards and laws, and familiarity with ASQ or ISO certification.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of QA experience
• Understanding of software development methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
• Testing in CI/CD pipelines and test automation
• Performance (load testing) and security/vulnerability testing
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of running projects independently
