hela Sverige We're on the lookout for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Operational Procurement Support on behalf of our esteemed client. If you have a knack for setting up and administrating articles in the supply chain system and creating a solid foundation for contract signing, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Support the establishment of COPP in business, providing assistance to end users, reducing process lead time, and increasing PO compliance.
* Embed into the Operational Procurement team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
* Bridge the gap between operational tasks and digital development by adding your hands-on expertise.
* Contribute to freeing up resources to support in digital development initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
* Knowledge and insight into supply chain set-up and contractual administration.
* Quick learner who can adapt to dynamic operational environments.
* Experience with Infor/M3 environment is a significant advantage.
Competencies:
Supply Chain and Contract Administration Knowledge:
* Junior level (1-3 years of work experience).
* Methodical and Structured: Senior level (4-7 years of work experience).
* Information Management: Junior level (1-3 years of work experience).
* Fluent in English: Expert level (7+ years of work experience).

This is a consultant assignment and will start asap and end by august 2024. It's possible to work in both Malmö and/or Älmhult but you need to be flexible to visit the other office every now and then.
