Are you interested in working within a global network? Alfa Quality Moving AB is expanding and we are now looking for two new Move Coordinators, based in Jönköping.
Job description
You will be an integral part of a dynamic team consisting of experienced colleagues with a primary mandate to support several clients and families with their removal needs and requirements. You will report directly to the business manager.
You will be working in an international environment where English is our main language.
Your day will include
* Daily communication with clients and partners.
* Book freights and haulers.
* Inform the sales person/customer/agents of any additional costs.
* Check that the goods departs and arrives as expected.
* Proactively search for and stay well informed with any changes in the process, customs procedures and the company policies.
Who are you?
You are a customer orientated person, strong communicator and a good administrator. It's important that you are efficient at multitasking and have the right logistical mindset. Teamwork is the core of Alfas' success; you are a motivated team player striving to play an important role for continued accomplishments.
Specific requirements for the role include:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Problem solver, paying strong attention to details, highly organized.
* Ability to think outside the box
* Monitoring and upholding high quality of service to clients both internally and externally.
* Ability to handle intensive seasonal variations.
