Marketing Manager to join the company.
This position would develop the Marketing base for Musubi Europe to provide depth in marketing ability of avocado.

Requirements
Experience in global marketing
Has a proven track record of working at senior level and is able to demonstrate experience
and knowledge
Experience of working in a collaborative and co-operative environment, making
implementation of basic procedures easier for marketing plan and management
information
Ability to recognise and respond to changing business needs
Committed to continuous development of the commodity you are responsible for A team contributor across the company beyond own area boundaries
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Provides a clear vision, adds value where involved, strong problem evaluation and solution
Creates opportunities, overcomes obstacles and thinks outside of the box
Adaptability to cope with the needs of a rapidly growing environment across multiple
countries
Analytical thinker capable of dealing with complexity and handling multiple tasks
This role requires a high degree of personal motivation and resilience.
Salary Band: Competitive Salary or Commision based for the right candidate.
Location: Sweden
Hours: Commensurate with the role is the recognition that hours of work be appropriate to meet the needs of the organisation.
