From luxury design and the finest merchandise for women and men to precious jewelry, we offer our customers an impeccable and irresistible array of choices. We are looking for exceptional salespeople to provide outstanding customer service, develop strong customer relationships and build individual sales volume.
Responsibilities:
Set and achieve personal sales goals.
Greet customer in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
Educate customer on selecting jewels to complete their wardrobe.
Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
May suggest designs for custom jewelry.
Perform daily store maintenance tasks including display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Previous experience selling in a jewelry shop or relevant business.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about jewels and fashion.
Bilingual in Swedish and English, to speak Mandarin is a merit.
