The Site System Engineer at Jeppesen Gothenburg is responsible for maintaining and improving Jeppesen internal customer satisfaction by providing superior software support to end users of company computer based products. The position holder is also responsible for deploying and troubleshooting Desktop and Mobile devices including support and tracking.
The Servicedesk in Jeppesen Göteborg supports 350 onsite users and up to 150 remote users via phone or remote desktop.
A successful candidate for this position needs to have several years experience of working with first or second line support or equivalent and have a broad knowledge of the common windows operating systems and basic Linux and Macintosh skills. He or she also needs to have a strong customer focus, be fluent in English (our corporate language) and be able to prioritize accordingly. We see our next Site System Engineer as structured, self driven, cooperative, flexible and an easy learner. We also see him or her as someone with good troubleshooting skills and who has a drive for improving processes. We value creativity and the ability to combine previous knowledge with finding new solutions!
