Jeppesen Gothenburg is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for managing software development projects in the Jeppesen Product Development Organization in Gothenburg. The successful candidate have 6-8+ years of Project Management experience, including a track record of successfully leading complex software development projects. He or she have PM certification (PMP or IPMA) and is used to working with iterative and agile project methods such as RUP, Agile, Scrum or similar. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential, as are result orientation and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. The Project Managers drives and implements project process- and behavior changes as a part of their role, which requires leadership and coaching skills. Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must, other languages are an asset. Is this you? We look forward to your application!
