Jeppesen Sweden is looking to fill a senior position in its Finance team. The Controller is responsible for maintaining the Swedish General Ledger in compliance with local swedish GAAP and tax rules. The Controller also performs a wide range of other activities including, but not limited to; ensuring the accurrate and timely (monthly) reporting to Jeppesen head quarters in Denver USA, liasing with internal and external auditors, preparing and following up the finance budget and maintaining the financial system (Maconomy). The position reports to the Swedish Senior Manager, Finance.

The successful candidate has a degree in a related field of study and approximately 10 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. He or she is fluent in Swedish and English and have a good understanding of Excel. Experience with the financial system Oracle is an advantage, as an implementation is in the plan over the coming years. Good knowledge around the Swedish statutory requirements are essential for the successful candidate as well as flexibility, accuracy and ability to work towards tight deadlines. Experience in a multinational company is also seen as an advantage.
