JDSU is looking for a Sales / Channel Associate to the Nordic Organisation!
You will act as an internal sales associate for Office Support in the Nordic region. You will have a proactive approach to business and a strong Customer focus. Among your daily responsibilities you will answer incoming calls from customers, prepare quotations, book orders, run telemarketing activity in addition to organising seminars / road shows and coordinating the launch of new product, new software, options etc.
You will ensure that Direct Sales and Channel Managers are informed of all account issues plus liaising with the product division responsible for product design and manufacture.
Your Profile:
We believe you have a proactive approach to business with a result oriented focus. You will have a couple of years proven experience in internal sales office management, proactive calling, including qualification of customers and appointment making, for instance from a customer service background. You have excellent telephone manner as well as administration skills.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office as well as fluent English, spoken as well as written, is required for this position. Knowledge in one of the Scandinavian languages will be an advantage. As a person you are energetic, trustworthy, dedicated with a good sense of humour. Since you will have a lot of internal as well as external contacts we need you to be an outgoing person and a good team worker.
About the position:
You will start your new position as soon as possible and you will be placed in JDSUs office in Farsta, Stockholm. In this position and will report to UK and Nordic Country Sales Manager.
